It seems like a floodgate has opened at work this week. My firm’s employees are apparently the only consultants hitting their expected goals so our client wants even more of us, but we’re already at 100% capacity so we’re kicking our hiring into next gear. There are now rumblings about using our funds for opening new offices and expanding into several major metro areas so we can get access to the necessary talent pool. I don’t think anyone expected this. We’re singlehandedly taking over the client’s software development. I was told point blank by a 1099 to stay with the company through this upcoming boom because this is the kind of opportunity that rarely arises, and if I play it right I could move quickly up the food chain.
Nice, I hope it goes well for you.
Thanks!
